Description
This 6-week coaching programme is tailored for teenagers and adults grappling with anxiety. Whether delivered face-to-face or online in group settings, it blends reflective questioning, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques, and creative expression. Participants will explore their thoughts and emotions through journaling, drawing, painting, sketching, and mind mapping, moving from anxiety to self-awareness and from self-awareness to achieving their goals and potential.
