I work with people who feel stuck, frustrated, or at a crossroads, unsure of how to move forward. Perhaps you’re trapped in unhealthy habits, negative thinking, or self-doubt. Maybe fear is stopping you from making the changes you need. Or perhaps life feels overwhelming, and you’re struggling to regain control and direction.

For parents, I offer support in understanding and connecting with their teenagers, especially those with ADHD and autism. Parenting can be challenging when communication breaks down, emotions run high, and you feel unsure how to help your child navigate the world. Together, we work to strengthen your relationship, set healthy boundaries, and create a calmer, more connected family dynamic.

Whatever your situation, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Through one-to-one coaching, group coaching and self-led courses, and creative well-being practices, I help people just like you overcome barriers, shift their mindset, and step into the life they truly want.

I have my DBS, am fully insured and I’m a member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP).

How My Coaching Works

My coaching is a journey of exploration, reflection, and action. Through deep questioning, self-reflection, and structured techniques, we uncover what’s holding you back and create a strategy for real change.

For parents, I help you gain insight into your child’s emotions and behaviour, equipping you with practical tools to improve communication, reduce conflict, and build a stronger relationship.

As a qualified art teacher, I also integrate creative exploration where helpful. Using art, journalling, and mindful exercises, we tap into self-expression and emotional processing in a way that can be more powerful than words alone.
